Falconero Zero, Lambrusco Emilia IGP from Terraquilia with an intense ruby color and purple foam. Floral aromas and ripe cherry with a hint of fresh spice. Red vinification, fermentation on the skins for a minimum of 6-7 days. Disgorging the volley after at least 15 months on the yeasts. Recommended serving temperature: 12-14C.
