Febe, full-bodied Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo DOC rosé by Poderi Costantini shows excellent tension between fresh acidity and rich, pulpy fruit. After alcoholic fermentation and without malolactic fermentation, the wine is stored at low temperature on the fine lees in stainless steel tanks for at least 3-4 months before being bottled. Recommended serving temperature: 10-12C.
