La Malandrina, Barbera d'Asti Superiore DOCG by Cascina Rainero, a wine of power and elegance, where the varietal notes of Barbera love to alternate with the tertiary tones of liquorice, cinnamon and vanilla. This pure Barbera was fermented in concrete barrels with frequent pumping over for approximately 14 days. After the drawing, the malolactic fermentation and the entire aging process took place in third/fourth passage American oak barrels for over 12 months.
