Organic barena honey from Azienda Agricola Girardi produced from limonium flowers. Its scent recalls the lagoon environment while on the palate the initial sweet note then gives way to an unexpected salty note and then leaves a slight bitter sensation. Excellent paired with various types of cheeses, for glazing meat or fish but also in confectionery preparations such as panettone and chocolates. Delicious enjoyed alone.
