PREVOST MOSCATO PASSITO BOX OF 6 BT

Prevost, Moscato passito by Angelini Paolo, an aromatic wine with hints of honey and candied fruit. Obtained from overripe grapes which are placed in boxes then stored in the dark and in a cool, ventilated place to allow proper drying with constant control of the sugar level and noble molds. After about 60 days the soft pressing takes place with the must which is fermented in acacia barriques. After 24 months of aging in wood, bottling takes place with consequent rest for 6 months before being put on the market.
