Vignavecchia Trebbiano IGT Umbria by Cantine Zanchi characterized by a deep golden yellow color, surprisingly intense and widely aromatic scent. After spontaneous fermentation in oak tonneaux and natural decantation, it matures for 20 months in glass-lined cement tanks and then 12 in the bottle. This wine has a high aging potential. The taste is full, balanced and its prolonged flavor strikes with its deep persistence. It pairs perfectly with elaborate and spicy dishes or truffle-based dishes. Recommended serving temperature 12/14 C.
