Bibesia, Chardonnay IGT Terre Siciliane from Alcesti with an intense straw yellow colour. It's a wine that offers broad olfactory sensations of tropical fruit, typical of this international grape variety that is perfectly suited to Sicily. Soft pressing followed by controlled fermentation at a constant temperature of 16C, refinement takes place in stainless steel containers for 6 months.
