Be my Ghee is produced by the artisan dairy Zanchetta that boasts a long history of passion and expertise.
It all begins in 1946 when Aurelio, returning from the war, learns the art of dairy in a historic dairy in Casale sul Sile.
In 1972, the adventure of the Zanchetta family began and they started to run an artisan dairy.
The activity, started more than forty years ago by Aurelio and his wife Ilde, continues now thanks to the passion of their children Anna and Riccardo and their grandchildren Gilberto, Marta and Francesco, who keep alive the artisan tradition combined with the most innovative technologies.
Zanchetta has a dedicated research and development facility that works constantly to put innovative thinking into our products and processes to ensure we offer our customers premium products.
