Pesto is prepared cold with always fresh basil (coming exclusively from the greenhouses on the tide of Genova Prà) and carefully selected ingredients such as Vessalico garlic, a small town in the Ligurian hinterland where it is grown as unique variety, whose main characteristics are the intense aroma accompanied by a delicate taste. A highly digestible garlic particularly suitable for the preparation of Pesto.
