<p In our pasta factory at Cercemaggiore in Molise we produce organic pasta drawn to the bronze; using only durum wheat semolina obtained from Italian wheat and molisano.
In agreement with local companies we carry out a supply chain project. We follow the production and storage of wheat, the milling of semolina and finally the production of pasta.
