Alta Langa Brut Blanc de Blancs 655 2020 from Brandini with a slow and gentle pressing by being able to control the temperature and keeping the must "under vacuum" so as to avoid oxidation and enhance freshness and aroma. Afterwards, the fermentation begins which takes place in used wooden barrels where the wine then remains until the draft that is made at the end of spring. After 38 months of aging on yeasts, our Alta Langa is mouthed and prepared for tasting. It has perlage fine and persistent with peel notes, toasted hazelnuts, orange blossom, honey, bread crust and salt.
