BLACK OIL

Black oil from Nero Fermento, a condiment based on extra virgin olive oil with garlic. Shades that vary from bright green to golden yellow, the particles of black garlic contribute to making the color as well as the taste more intense. Preferably used raw to season and flavor meat, fish and fresh vegetable dishes. The product does not involve the addition of any ingredients or additives.
