Passione, Chardonnay Metodo Classico, straw yellow in colour with greenish reflections, intense, captivating aroma, with fruity and aromatic notes typical of the grape variety. The flavour is soft, delicate and pleasantly refined, with evident hints of white flowers and fresh fruit. The fine and prolonged perlage enhances its aromatic persistence. Excellent as an aperitif and for toasting at a festive moment, elegant with shellfish and fish dishes, it is also a wine for “all meals” for those who appreciate its aromatic taste. It is advisable to serve it at a temperature of 4°-6° C.
