LAMBRUSCO ANCESTRAL ROSE'

Rose Ancestral Lambrusco dell'Emilia of Salvadora is dry with slight deposit on the bottom. The characteristic notes are typical of a product matured on its own yeasts, fruity and with strong character, dry and harmonious taste. The foam is taken at low temperature with the Ancestral method. Recommended serving temperature: 6-8°C.
