MONTEBORE RAW MILK MIXED CHEESE

Montébore raw milk mixed cheese from Terre Del Giarolo featuring mixed cow, sheep and goat milk. The wedding cake shape is obtained by overlapping, after salting, three shapes with decreasing diameter. The colour of the crust varies from pale yellow to dark hazelnut depending on the maturing, and the paste is ivory coloured. To wines is recommended to combine it with a Timorasso or an Arneis, but also a Barbera. Among the beers we recommend light and floral ones. An optimal combination is with chestnut honey.
