ROSSO PICENO DOC RED WINE

Rosso Piceno DOC red wine by Podere Sabbioni, a long-lived wine with an intense and brilliant ruby ​​red colour. The freshness that characterizes the initial tasting phase is followed by a long and persistent finish where the olfactory notes re-emerge. The hand-harvested grapes are destemmed and transferred to ferment in concrete and steel tanks. The red wine ages in small oak barrels for at least 15 months. Recommended serving temperature: 15-16C.
