Teroldego Rotaliano DOC 2021 from Villa Corniole featuring deep ruby red color; at nose it is intense, fruity, with hints of raspberries and currants, ample and fine. The flavor is dry, decisive, fruity and with a soft tannin. It is an ideal wine to accompany the rich and tasty typical Trentino dishes, as well as full-bodied first courses (lasagna, pasta with ragù sauce, risotto), lamb, game (venison, chamois), beef, cold cuts, medium or aged cheeses.
