TOMBARELLO IN OLIVE OIL

Tombarello in olive oil from 4ROTTE featuring  dark blue on the back and silver on the hips. White hind fin and the others gray fins. There are flakes in the thoracic area and on the lateral line. The nutritional properties of Tombarello are very similar to the Bluefin Tuna's, even though the second one is considered more valuable.
