ZABAJO' ZABAIONE CREAM WITH MARSALA
Zabajò Zabaione cream with Marsala from Zabajò to be enjoyed cold, put it in the freezer for a few hours (if you want with the addition of cream) and consume as a dessert ice cream. To enjoy it hot, heat it as you like with dry pastries, krumiri, meliga paste, hazelnut cake. Excellent with cream or fresh fruit. At room temperature it is perfect for garnish cakes, desserts, puffs and crepes for an extra taste to the recipes!
