The soul of the company is Giuseppe Dongarrà, a young man devoted to olive cultivation but firmly attached to the passion for the land and the love for oil that was transmitted to him by his ancestors. In what was an ancient seed mill, made with sacrifices by the father, a factory dedicated to the bottling of quality oil has been built. Over the years, Giuseppe has refined his passion by carefully cultivating family plants and increasing his professional training.

He has acquired the qualification of sommelier of oil and expert taster of green gold of Sicily.
Today he knows its strengths and weaknesses, fragrances, tastes and colors. The desire to give the right value to a product rich in virtues and source of well-being, able to interpret and tell a unique land in the world: Sicily an island that over the centuries has welcomed different peoples and cultures in an overwhelming embrace.
