DONNA ANGELICA IGP EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

Extra virgin olive oil Donna Angelica PGI from Ruperossa with a clear and fairly dense golden yellow colour. The scent features flavors of ripe citrus, grapefruit and lemon, pine nut, apple and artichoke flavor. Its smooth and fluid flavor, vital phenolic flavor equally spicy and bitter but does not affect its intensity. Donna Angelica oil intensifies grouper fillets with cherry tomatoes and chicken strips with almonds.
