MONUMENTO BARBERA DEL MONFERRATO SUPERIORE DOCG

Monument, Barbera del Monferrato Superiore DOCG by Hic et Nunc, fruit of the vintage expressed through a terroir that allows the grapes to ripen to perfection. A wine characterized by a marked complexity, the long aging in wood refines it while preserving the uniqueness of the vine. The aging takes place in steel tanks for 12 months and 15 in oak tonneaux. Recommended serving temperature: 18-20C.
