Monolite, Cortese del Monferrato Casalese DOC by Hic et Nunc rich, opulent, long-lived, well balanced between fruit and freshness, capable of aging and evolving over time on tertiary tones such as flint, hydrocarbon compounds, citrus notes. 90% of the Cortese mass is refined in steel, the remaining part (approximately 10%) on its lees in 2.25 hl barriques. Recommended serving temperature: 7-8C.
