BICILINDRICA PALE ALE IPA 75cl

Bicilindrica, Pale Ale/IPA from Serriola beer, light opaque, top fermented and refermented in the bottle. Soft and persistent foam, Ale carbonation. The light malts release hints of bread and cereal but the high quantity of hops used in the recipe leaves room for hints of fine bitters, notes of cut grass, citrus and slightly exotic fruit.
