Quattro Cilindri, blonde spelt ale from Birra Serriola, opaque blonde, obtained from top fermentation and refermented in the bottle. Soft, not very persistent foam offers hints of spices from pink pepper, coriander and ginger which combine well with the malty and bread crust notes.
