La Rosa Bianca, Pinot Noir vinified in white, has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The aroma is intense with very persistent floral notes. The flavor is soft, refined, with a high structure with distinct hints of peach and apricot and pleasant notes of sweet almond. This elegant cuvée will give you pleasant sensations when paired with elaborate aperitifs, delicate starters and fish-based dishes. It is advisable to serve it at a temperature of 8°-10° C.
