CANTASTORIE CHIANTI RISERVA DOCG 0.75 lt

Cantastorie, Chianti Riserva DOCG by Poderi Arcangelo, with an intense ruby red color with light orange reflections. On the nose it is fragrant, with spicy and floral notes, hints of wild berries, currants and vanilla. On the palate it is well structured, round and savoury. Elegant and persistent aftertaste. The wine ages for about 1 year in large 20 HL oak barrels. Refining for at least 6 months in the bottle. The traditional austerity of the tannic texture of Tuscan Sangiovese marries very well with particularly tasty dishes, especially juicy meats and strong aromas such as game and venison. Also good with medium-aged cheeses. Serve at 18-20°C.
