VERNACCIA DI SAN GIMIGNANO DOCG RISERVA PER BRUNO

Vernaccia di San Gimignano DOCG Riserva in Anfora Per Bruno from Poderi Arcangelo with an intense aroma with distinct notes of white pulp fruit and elderberry. Light impressions of aromatic herbs. Elegant on the palate with good acidity, slightly savoury with a flint mineral finish. The hand-picked and destemmed grapes undergo vinification in a large terracotta amphora. Excellent combination with mature pecorino cheeses, even spiced or with creamy blue cheeses. Fantastic with somewhat elaborate baked fish dishes such as creamed cod or shellfish, excellent on pigeon meat. Serve at 12-14°C.
