Libratum Extra Virgin Organic Olive Oil from Poderi Arcangelo monovarietal, obtained exclusively from the first cold pressing of Moraiolo olives from organic farming. The intense green color when pressed, with time tends to straw yellow with greenish reflections. The aroma is fruity and intense, opens elegantly with strong hints of artichoke, apple, herbs and light almond. The palate is delicate, not fat, slightly spicy with a bitter aftertaste. For the high quality it is recommended to use it raw in salads, soups, toasted bread and pinzimonio. Excellent also in the seasoning of fish dishes and beef carpacci.
