POINT D'ORGUE CHAMPAGNE DOMAINE B. GIRARDIN

Point d'Orgue, Champagne Cuvée 2012, by Domaine B. Girardin declared millesimal by the intense gold color and fine perlage. Soft foam points on the surface. As soon as opened the note oxidative important turns to toasted hazelnut and then move in evolution towards an almond confetto with brioche, cinnamon. The palate is first fresh with citrus note, bergamot tea. It rounds off with its spicy notes including ginger. The delicate bubbles give sensations of savoury to finish in slow motion, leaving the palate fresh and ready to start again.
