VIBRATO CHAMPAGNE DOMAINE B. GIRARDIN

Vibrato, Champagne Extra Brut of Domaine B. Girardin, clear and bright with refined perlage. A Champagne resulting from the assembly of two very distant chardonnay particles. Those closest to the Mancy winery and those farthest away from Vitry-en-Perthois. It’s hard to describe what you’re going to feel. A feeling of fullness we can swear to it. The nose opens with ripe tropical fruit dictated by the grapes of Vitry: pineapple, papaya on all. Followed by an intense scent that turns towards the dough of the panettone. A dip in pastry with butter, cream and cream. In agreement with the bouquet, the palate is creamy and generous, but also intervene the grapes of Mancy that release an interesting flavor with notes of star anise, spices, long finish. A pure and subtle wine, with a layered aromatic profile that reaches the palate slowly and shows intensity and persistence. The lot of this production is a millesimo not declared with grapes from 2012.
