The estate B. Girardin is a family-run business. Born in the early '70s by founder Bernard Girardin, he sees today the second and third generation working together with four hands. 

Today Sandrine, daughter of Bernard, together with her son Augustin, carries on the management of champagne as Independent Vigneron obtaining the recognition HVE (High Environmental Value) with treatments in biological and future biodynamic.

The grapes come exclusively from the grapes of their RM vines, which they grow, press and vinify in the cellars located at Mancy. The plots are located on two distinct lands of Champagne: Coteaux Sud d'Epernay and the small area south-east of the Cote des Blanc de Vitryat. Both have very different characteristics, thus offering multiple assembly possibilities.
