With its vineyards entirely in the territory of San Gimignano, the farm Poderi Arcangelo produces this red wine selecting late harvest the best Sangiovese grapes, to which is added a small amount of Colorino grapes, a typical Tuscan vine that, as indicated by the name, will add a note of color to the wine itself. The grapes will then be macerated in steel vats. By adding selected yeasts, the wine begins fermentation always in steel in temperature-controlled vats. After bottling, the wine continues its aging for a few months before being ready to be tasted.
